Important Maintenance Guidelines

Please note that repair or damage caused by tenant negligence or misuse is the tenant’s responsibility. In these cases, necessary repairs will still be made, but you will be billed for the cost of labor and materials. This includes damages or plumbing issues caused by improper use.

Access & Vendor Coordination

If you do not authorize release of a key to our vendor, you will be required to be present to grant access. Please ensure your availability if this is the case.
